Some of my favorite antagonist characters from Courage The Cowardly Dog, although I'm not so sure that Fred was an antagonist, but he's so freaky.
Left-Right (top): King Ramses, Benton Tarantella, Freaky Fred
Left-Right (mid): Cajun Fox, Katz, Queen of the Black Puddle
Left-Right (bottom): The Chicken (Chicken From Outer Space) and Le Quack

We've got the king of nightmare fuel (king ramses), the undead director whose name is a take on Quentin Tarantino (Benton), the family friendly Sweeney Todd (Freaky Fred), the chicken from outer space who always finds a way to come back (and whose eggs turned Eustace into a chicken in the pilot), if Maleficent and Ursula were combined with Morticia Addams i.e Black Puddle Queen, and everyone's favorite french duck who we definitely have not seen the last of.
